GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL

You can't beat a creamy, delicious + healthy green smoothie bowl to kickstart your morning!

​I always underestimate how delicious green smoothie bowls are. I add spinach to mine- but some people add kale or avocado for the healthy fats! A base mainly made with bananas- it's so creamy!:)

INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen bananas
1 handful of spinach leaves
100g frozen mango
1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1 medjool date (pitted)
Almond Milk
 
METHOD:
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Keep adding almond milk until desired consistency.
  2. Top with anything you like! I always like adding chia seeds to help aid in digestion plus they’re a superfood!
