OTHER IDEAS: smoked salmon, avocado, scrambled eggs, kale, halloumi and so on!
*You could add so many ingredients, but most of my recipes are if you need something quick with minimal ingredients!:)
1. Simply cook your veggies (i cooked everything except tomatoes)
2. Assemble it all in bowl!
I love this one because it's satisfying, loaded with nutrients + will keep you full from the protein and all the fibre in the veggies!
