You can't really go wrong with oats. But here's how I make mine (pretty basic)!!!

There no doubt better recipes out there, but I thought I'd combine all my variations in one post:)

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
​(Ratio is always 1:2- oats:milk)
NOTE: Below each photo i'll post the extra ingredients I added in to make them! I stir them in once I've transferred them to a bowl.

METHOD:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat.
2. Turn the heat down to low and simmer for 3 minutes continually stirring.
3. Serve and decorate!
VANILLA ALMOND: add 1 Tbsp almond butter, 5 chopped almonds + 1 tsp vanilla essence
CHOC OR CHOC PB: 1 Tbsp cacao powder, 1 Tbsp maple syrup. OR/AND + 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter for Choc PB.
COCONUT: 1 tsp coconut, use coconut milk. Once cooked stir through 2 Tbsp of natural coyo yoghurt.
PEANUT BUTTER: 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (I used Macr0 mike alot, but natural works well too!), 1 tsp flaxseed meal, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey.
