1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/3 cup almond milk (add more for desired consistency)
OPTIONAL ADD IN: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp chia seeds
TOPPINGS: I usually have a granola, chia seeds, nut butter and coyo!
I ALWAYS have chia seeds. They form a gel like substance which i find keeps me fuller, can work like a prebiotic and helps bowl regularity!
1. Blend all ingredients until combined.
2. Decorate + enjoy!!!
