Pumpkin w/ tomato sauce (tomatoes crushed and cooked in pan with garlic and onion), spinach, broccoli, kale, alfalfa sprouts, cherry tomatoes, poached egg, coyo, smashed avo, fermented cabbage and nut/seed mix (cashews, pumpkin seed, almonds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds).

Okay i know were all thinking I may have gone A BIT overboard with the veggies here😂😂😂 BUT When I'm feeling under the weather or flat I always opt for a massive veggie bowl and the next day I wake up feeling 10x better and more energised.
Capsicum, red onion, cherry tomatoes, broccolini, asparagus, zoodles, alfalfa, spinach, cucumber, snow peas, tuna, salmon, sauerkraut, egg, tomato salsa and just basically your whole garden 😂😂😂

Perfect combo of flavours! Oven baked garlic/chilli/lemon salmon, dried cranberries, smashed avo, saauerkraut, roasted sweet potato, arugula, walnuts + pumpkin seeds.
