INGREDIENTS: BASE: 1 cup desiccated coconut 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup pecans 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 1 Tbsp flax seed meal 2 Tbsp honey PB CENTRE: 3/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup honey 1/4 + Tbsp cup coconut oil (liquid form) TOP: block of lindt 70% dark cacao 2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter 1 Tbsp honey crushed peanuts to top! METHOD:
P.S. I use so much peanut butter in the centre because I like it to be a thick filling because peanut butter <3. You can use left but adjust ingredients accordingly !!!
I have NO idea why I haven't attempted a peanut butter slice earlier. I think it was because I didn't understand how you could get the centre to set- but coconut oil does the trick!
